About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Canada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items and specials
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Set up dining areas, including table settings and decorations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

Age - 21 to 45 years
Salary Range - 3000 - 7500 CAD (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Working Hours - 8 hours a Day
Working Days - 5 Days a week
Food, transportation, and accommodation will be provided by the company
The documentation process may take approximately 2-3 months
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
