About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Canada. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and guests. Your exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested
• Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Maintain and update visitor logs, employee directories, and other relevant records
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• Follow security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Handle any other receptionist or administrative duties as assigned

DETAILS


  • Gender - Male/Female

  • Age - 21 to 45 years

  • Salary Range - 3000 - 7500 CAD (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

  • Working Hours - 8 hours a Day

  • Working Days - 5 Days a week

  • Food, transportation, and accommodation will be provided by the company

  • The documentation process may take approximately 2-3 months


QUALIFICATIONS


• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
