About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Supervisors in Project Management to join our team in Canada. As a supervisor, you will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will involve leading a team of project professionals and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and conflicts
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and policies
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders

DETAILS


  • Gender - Male/Female

  • Age - 21 to 45 years

  • Salary Range - 3000 - 7500 CAD (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

  • Working Hours - 8 hours a Day

  • Working Days - 5 Days a week

  • Food, transportation, and accommodation will be provided by the company

  • The documentation process may take approximately 2-3 months


QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is an asset

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
