About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our team in Canada. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional taste. Your culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail will contribute to a memorable dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Ensure the quality, taste, and consistency of all food items
• Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new dishes
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor food portions and minimize waste
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
• Assist with menu planning, costing, and ordering of supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and special dietary requests in a professional and accommodating manner

Salary Range - 3000 - 7500 CAD (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Working Hours - 8 hours a Day
Working Days - 5 Days a week
Food, transportation, and accommodation will be provided by the company
The documentation process may take approximately 2-3 months
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
Creativity and ability to develop innovative and appealing dishes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
