QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognizable institution of higher learning

• Over 1 year experience in a busy HRM environment

• IHRM membership is an added advantage



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruitment


• Preparing job descriptions and advertisements with all necessary job details and sharing the same on relevant platforms e.g. company social media accounts or job boards.

• Conducting advance interview preparation trainings to clients either physically or virtually

• Preparing interview schedules for clients

• Coordination of the interview process with the host country recruiter on the actual interview day

• Rigorous onboarding of successful clients and employees to ensure familiarization with the jobs they will be performing within the company

• Analyzing and maintaining a record of clients’ success rate for future business proposals

• Taking note of client’s deviations during the interviews for example by maintaining a checklist of interview traits for the clients and rating them on scale against each trait

• Closely following up on unsuccessful clients for nearest available suitable interviews


Contract Management


• Conducting the visa application process and labor documentation for successful clients

• Booking medical checks for successful clients and making timely follow up on clients whom their medical reports are unsuccessful

• Interpretation of the contract to clients

• Preparing and tracking contracts in consultation with the Managing Director


Administration


• Record keeping of all HR records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in records

• Managing HR corresponding in a professional manner keeping in copy the Managing Director as necessary as possible

• Maintaining a leave schedule for all employees for all types of leave e.g. annual leave, sick-off leave, parental leave etc.

• Diligently maintaining all upcoming activities of the company using the Calendar Management System

• Designing and maintaining of the company’s master report

• Ensuring client’s flight itineraries are correct and confirmed prior to client’s reporting for their job in the host country

• Designing the company’s Code and General rules in liaison with the Managing Director


Performance Management


• Tracking all probationary contracts and making necessary recommendations to the Managing Director

• Monitoring the PIP and ensuring it is carried out in accordance to the employment act. This is while liaising with the supervisor who is the custodian.


Continuous learning and Development


• Organizing periodical virtual trainings on relevant topics for the MISL team, that is, including refresher trainings on topics like Mandatory safety trainings, employee wellness, personal finance management, industrial trends among other numerous topics

Any other duties as need may arise.
